Nostedt Sites designs, builds, hosts and manages websites for small businesses. Your site runs on our platform, delivered worldwide on Cloudflare's edge network (Cloudflare Workers). When you publish a change in the dashboard, it goes live on your site immediately.
Every engagement is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work starts. Unless your quote says otherwise:
If your site's usage ever grows far beyond a typical small-business site (very heavy traffic, very large media libraries, or heavy use of the AI assistant), we will talk to you before anything changes on your bill. No surprise charges.
You own your content: your text, images, product data and customer messages. Your domain name is registered for you and transfers to you if you leave. We own the platform, its code and its design system.
You are responsible for making sure the content you publish is accurate, legal, and yours to use.
Your login gives you full control of your site's content: pages, images, design, and the AI assistant. Edits save as drafts; nothing changes on your live site until you press Publish. Some engineered sections are maintained by us; ask before editing those and we will handle it.
The AI assistant edits drafts only. Review what it writes before publishing.
Sites are served by Cloudflare's global network, the same infrastructure used by a large share of the web. We do not promise a formal uptime percentage, but outages at this layer are rare and we monitor our platform. Support is by email at cam@nostedt.com; we respond as fast as a small Manitoba company honestly can, usually same day.
You can leave at any time. On request we will export your content, help transfer your domain to you, and remove your site. No exit fees.
