Most web work is sold by one person, built by another, and maintained by nobody. That gap is why so many small business sites are three years stale with the wrong hours on them.

Nostedt Sites is deliberately small. The person who takes your call writes your copy, builds your pages, and is the same person you text eight months later when a price changes. There is no account manager in between, and no queue your request sits in.

That is a real constraint as much as a selling point: we take on what we can do properly, and we say no when we are not the right fit. A studio that says yes to everything is a studio whose existing clients stop getting answered.

We are in Winnipeg. Most of our clients are in Manitoba, and several are in towns small enough that we are the only web person who has ever called them back.

Sites are built on our own platform and served from Cloudflare's edge network. We do not resell someone else's builder and we do not subcontract the build offshore. When something breaks it is ours to fix, which is the only arrangement under which "we handle it" means anything.
