The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run a website service: what you type into our forms, and anonymous counts of page views. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies on public pages, and we never sell or share personal information for marketing.

What we collect

Quote and contact forms. Name, email, business name and your message, stored so we can reply. That is their only use.
Traffic counts. Public sites record an anonymous daily view count per site. No cookies, no IP addresses stored, no individual visitor profiles.
Client accounts. If you are a client, your login uses a session cookie on the dashboard, and your site content is stored so we can host it. That is what you hired us for.
Contact-form submissions on client sites. Messages sent through a client's site are stored in that client's inbox and belong to that client.

What we never do

No selling or renting personal information, ever.
No third-party ad or analytics trackers on our public pages.
No marketing emails unless you asked for something and we are replying.

Where it lives

Our platform runs on Cloudflare's network, so form submissions and site content are processed and stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, which may include locations outside Canada. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and does not use this data for its own purposes.

Retention and your rights

Quote enquiries are kept while we might reasonably work together and deleted on request. Clients who leave get their content exported and then removed. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email cam@nostedt.com and it is handled, usually the same day.

AI features

The editing assistant our clients use processes the text of the page being edited to draft changes. It is not trained on your data and client content is not shared between clients.
